We have a weekly design team meeting that just consists of creatives. These meetings involves team exercises, group feedback, team updates etc. Since going remote, I have had a difficult time as a new team leader to get members to engage more or speak up. Often times I feel like I am doing most of the talking. Do you have any tips on creating a productive and engaging virtual meeting space during this remote time?

I personally jump into my pants
